Bad Bitches of Charleston to Release Tickets for Next Pop Up Dinner

CHARLESTON, SC – On Sunday, April 26th, the Bad Bitches of Charleston presented their first pop up dinner series, themed 1950’s: Era of the American Matriarch, at Butcher & Bee.

Guests enjoyed a five course dinner and cocktail punch prepared by the all-female cast of culinary powerhouses: Chelsey Conrad of Butcher & Bee, Michelle Weaver of Charleston Grill, Sarah Adams formerly of FIG and Co-Founder of Bad Bitches Charleston, Emily Hansford of Miller Union in Atlanta, Georgia; Kelly Kleisner of The Indigo Road Restaurant Group and Co-Founder of Bad Bitches Charleston, Emily Cookson of Butcher & Bee and Lindsay Ranes of O-Ku.

Through ticket sales, the event initially raised more than $3,000 to benefit the Bad Bitches Scholarship Fund, but at the end of the evening Terri Henning, who also underwrote the event, committed to matching the ticket sales for a total of $6,000 to benefit the scholarship fund.

A new batch of Bad Bitches will come together on Monday, May 18th to celebrate their second installment themed, The 1960’s Boss Bitch: Julia Child. Tickets, location and featured chefs will be released on Wednesday, May 6th at noon on social media.
