Bailey Tollison of Colliers receives prestigious Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation

Colliers | South Carolina announced Bailey Tollison has earned the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation.
The SIOR designation is awarded to real estate professionals in recognition of their knowledge, experience and proven successes in the markets they serve. To receive the designation, professionals must meet specific requirements, including recognition by developers, lenders and investors, a high level of transactional production and meeting SIOR’s education and strong ethical requirements.
Tollison is a Vice President in Colliers | South Carolina’s Greenville office, specializing in office leasing and investment sales. He works on a team with Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM, completing more than $400 million worth of transactions while at Colliers.

Tollison has been recognized as a PowerBroker and Top Office Leasing Broker by CoStar consistently since 2020 for office leasing transactions in the Upstate region of South Carolina In 2021, he received the Colliers | South Carolina Rising Star Award. Tollison is a member of Leadership Greenville Class 49, participates in the United Way of Greenville County’s Young Leaders Society, serves on the Advocacy and Engagement Board at the Clemson University Powers College of Business and volunteers for Tiger Ties, a mentoring program for Clemson students. He graduated summa cum laude from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management with a minor in accounting.
