ROCK HILL, SC – Daniel J. Ballou, a veteran litigator with more than 20 years’ experience in South Carolina courts, has joined Morton & Gettys as senior counsel.

Ballou has practiced in Rock Hill since 1993. He’ll focus his practice at Morton & Gettys on trial and appellate work, including real estate, construction and commercial litigation, as well as administrative and regulatory law. “We are very pleased that an attorney of Dan’s caliber has joined our firm,” managing partner John P. Gettys Jr. said. “Our clients will benefit from his wealth of legal knowledge. His strengths in commercial, business and real estate matters in particular add depth to what were already strong practice areas for us.”
