Bank of Travelers Rest to celebrate grand opening in Simpsonville

The Simpsonville Area Chamber of Commerce will welcome Bank of Travelers Rest to its newest Upstate location later this month with an official grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The celebration is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at 611 S.E. Main Street in Simpsonville. Admission is free and open to the public, with event coordination and inquiries directed to Kaci Magyar at (864) 688-9554.
The event will center around an official 11:00 a.m. ribbon cutting to commemorate the community bank’s expanded footprint in the Golden Strip. Following the ceremony, attendees will have the opportunity to tour the new branch, meet the local banking team, and network with area business owners and community members.
