Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey hires Ryan W. Pasquini

Bannister, Wyatt & Stalvey recently announced the hire of Ryan Pasquini to its award-winning team. Pasquini practices in the area of general civil litigation and advises clients on data privacy and information security laws and regulations, including compliance with HIPAA/HITECH and Gramm-Leach-Bliley.
A graduate of both the University of North Carolina – Wilmington and the University of South Carolina School of Law, Pasquini is an active member of the South Carolina bar and licensed to practice in both North and South Carolina. He is also a member of the South Carolina Lawyers Helping Lawyers Commission, the Young Lawyers Division, the Richland County Bar, the Mecklenburg County Bar, and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
