Barnes Alford welcomes Creasie M. Parrott and Joshua G. Hill

Barnes Alford announced that Creasie M. Parrott and Joshua G. Hill have joined the firm as associates.

Ms. Parrott earned her B.A. in May 2015 from the University of South Carolina and her Juris Doctor in May 2018 from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she served as the Assistant Managing Editor of the South Carolina Law Review, served as an Associate Justice for the Mock Trial Bar, and received numerous accolades including the Justice Lewis F. Powell, Jr. Medal for Excellence in Advocacy.  Prior to joining Barnes Alford, Ms. Parrott clerked for the Honorable William P. Keesley of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court.  She will practice primarily in the areas of medical malpractice defense and civil defense litigation.

Joshua G. Hill and Creasie M. Parrott

Mr. Hill earned his B.A. in May 2017 from the University of South Carolina and his Juris Doctor in May 2020 from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review, the Order of the Wig and Robe, and the Order of the Coif.  Mr. Hill was also the recipient of numerous CALI Awards and had an externship with the Honorable Mary Geiger Lewis of the District Court of South Carolina.  He will practice primarily in the areas of civil defense litigation and business and corporate law.
