Bartenders to Compete at Lowcountry Bistro’s 2nd Annual Moonshine Throwdown

Guests will enjoy Firefly Moonshine cocktail tastings, hors d’oeuvres, live music, and more on June 14

CHARLESTON, SC – Get ready to raise a mason jar to the 2^nd Annual Moonshine Throwdown at Lowcountry Bistro! The event will begin on Sunday, June 14 at 5pm, as bartenders compete to create the best cocktail using Firefly White Lightening Moonshine for the judging panel. Attendees are invited to taste Firefly’s complete range of moonshine flavors, complemented with passed hors d’oeuvres throughout the evening. The Moonshine Throwdown will also feature live music with the Bluestone Ramblers, a traditional Lowcountry bluegrass ensemble with a relaxed and friendly, yet energetic presence.

Tickets to the 2^nd Annual Moonshine Throwdown are $75 and include a tasting glass, samples of the moonshine cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres. Tickets can be purchased in-person at the restaurant or by calling 843-302-0290. Attendees must be 21 or older. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House of Charleston, a local organization that provides temporary lodging for seriously ill children and their families.
