Basham & Lucas Design Group joins Eagle Cove Project

COLUMBIA, SC – Basham & Lucas Design Group, Jacksonville, Florida has joined the development team of Eagle Cove in Manning, South Carolina. The company will be responsible for bringing focus to the master plan, specifically coordinating changes to the 18-hole championship golf course, clubhouse design, and additional club amenities.
Basham & Lucas Design Group specializes in land planning, architecture, landscape design, and signage design. Specifically their expertise is in the architectural theme development of resorts, master planned communities, retail entertainment, family fun centers, golf clubs, sporting facilities, themed restaurants, specialty commercial, multi-family and corporate offices.
Eagle Cove is a 420-acre master planned multigenerational community located near Manning, South Carolina in Clarendon County. The five-phase project, when completed, will have single and multi-family housing, golf club, hotel, onsite dining, as well as independent and assisted living facilities for the elderly.
