Before you shop, drop your kid off at Sylvan Learning

December 10, 2019

Instead of dragging their feet around the department stores while complaining about being bored, drop your child off at Sylvan Learning of the Upstate for a day of STEM enrichment and educational fun.

This holiday season, give a gift to yourself and your child by dropping them off at Sylvan’s enriching STEM workshop while you get all of your Christmas list checked off.

Stop, Drop, and Shop will be taking place the next two Saturdays in December, the 14th and 21st, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Sylvan’s Greenville, Spartanburg or Anderson locations. The cost of the 3-hour STEM workshop is $35 and seats are limited. To reserve your child’s spot, either go to Sylvan’s Facebook event page and indicate interest or call 864-676-0011.

Sylvan is the largest provider of STEM programs in North America. Sylvan’s one of a kind curriculum will help your child develop high-value skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, and STEM vocabulary for school or future careers. Best of all, the activities are so entertaining your child will not even realize they’re learning.

“While you’re running around getting your holiday shopping done, your child could be building robots or experimenting,” said Amy Gardner, franchise owner of Sylvan Learning Upstate. “It’s a win-win situation for you and your child’s education.”
