Ben Crooks Promoted at Carter Goble Lee

COLUMBIA, SC – December 17, 208 – Ben Crooks has been promoted to Senior Associate with Carter Goble Lee located in Columbia, SC.

Since joining CGL in 2004, he has been responsible for facility master planning, needs assessments, architectural space programs and transition/activation training for a variety of local, state and international detention, corrections and law enforcement agencies. 

A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Crooks served as the Detention Director of the adult detention facility in El Dorado, Kansas, where he was also President of the Kansas Jail Association prior to joining Carter Goble Lee. He has worked in the private and public sectors as a Certified Fraud Examiner and Risk Mitigations consultant.

Crooks is in the U.S. Army and has served in locations around the world.  As a member of the Army Reserves, he is the Chief Instructor of the 2-95 Military Police Battalion Institutional Training Center.
