Ben Lippen enrollment soars

October 11, 2019

Ben Lippen School enrollment is the highest it has been since 2004. A total of 835 students are enrolled this year including 225 new students and, for the first time ever, over 100 new families.

A boarding program also houses 48 students this year, 47 of them are international students. They attend classes alongside the day students making for daily cross-cultural experiences for all students. Also this year, Ben Lippen opened a Pre-K3 program with 11 students.

New this year is Ben Lippen’s $5.5 million Arts and Science Center. The 13,000 square foot learning space includes STEM, robotics, math, physics, chemistry, technology and fine arts classrooms where students can expand their God-given talents. The new building also offers an art gallery to display students’ creative side. The building will be dedicated on Oct. 30 at 11 a.m.

Ben Lippen School Headmaster Tony Fajardo says Ben Lippen welcomes the many new students and families to the school’s distinctively Christian environment where high academic standards are encouraged by dedicated teachers.

“Our investment in facilities, the impact of our teachers, and the word of mouth from parents has helped attract these new families to Ben Lippen,” Fajardo said. “We’re preparing our students for college and equipping them for life.”

Ben Lippen School is an accredited Christian, college preparatory school of over 800 students in grades Pre-K3 through 12, and is a ministry of Columbia International University. Ben Lippen School seeks to glorify God by educating students from a biblical worldview to impact the nations with the message of Christ by assisting the family and church in equipping students spiritually, academically, socially, and physically under the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
