The Bend announces Marsh Jam in conjunction with Eddie White

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Bend, a 17-acre property on the banks of the Ashley River, is proud to present Marsh Jam, an outdoor performance featuring local musicians, comedians and storytellers. In collaboration with Eddie White and the team behind Awendaw Green Barn Jams, Marsh Jam will take place on Thursday, May 4 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. and is open to the public at no cost in North Charleston. Gates will officially open at 4:30 p.m.

“By undertaking collaborative projects like Marsh Jam, The Bend is committed to serving the Charleston-area as a natural commune for artists, cultural experiences and goodwill,” said Susan Pearlstine, owner of The Bend. “We invite everyone in the community to join at no cost and enjoy an incredible lineup of up-and-coming talent.”

Marsh Jam will feature the following acts (in order of appearance)

  • Hip-hop artist, Tyler Cash
  • Comedian, Vince Fabra
  • R&B singer and songwriter, Poppy Native
  • Hip-hop artist, Johnny Jr.
  • Comedian, Jeremy McLellan
  • Blues rock band, Honey Smoke
