Berkeley County YMCA sold at 210 Rembert C Dennis Blvd.

NAI Charleston announced that Will Sherrod, CCIM and Jack Owens, CCIM facilitated the transaction of a seven-acre land site with a ±17,485 SF metal building, which was the former home to Berkeley County YMCA. The buyer anticipates a residential redevelopment of the property.
Will and Jack represented the seller, Berkeley County YMCA, and Benjy Cooke of Oswald, Cooke, & Associates represented the buyer.
