Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS announced that Kirk Williams Smith has joined the company’s Pelham Road office as a sales associate.
Kirk Williams Smith was born in Columbia, South Carolina, and educated in Colorado. He spent many years enjoying the beautiful Colorado landscape before returning home to South Carolina in 2001. After landing in Greenville, he enjoyed a twenty-year career in the corporate restaurant industry. Starting as an entry-level employee, Kirk made his way to an operating partner of multiple franchise stores and the proprietor of two independent stores. During this enjoyable time in the industry, he developed a love for the community and the people of Greenville. This love of Greenville sparked Kirk’s interest in real estate and the desire to investigate the best areas of the Upstate to call home. Kirk and his wife of nine years have three wonderful children. He is an active member of the Prince of Peace Church in Taylors. He is the school’s PTO treasurer. Sports, live music, art, theater, and fellowship play an active role in his life.
