Better Business Bureau of the Upstate announces 2022 Board of Directors Chair

Better Business Bureau® (BBB®) serving Upstate South Carolina is pleased to announce the appointment of David Slade, Vice President of Employee Health & Benefits for Marsh & McLennan Agency in Greenville, as Chair of the Better Business Bureau Board of Directors. Slade previously served as Vice Chair in 2021.
“I look forward to leading the BBB Board for the upcoming year,” Slade said. “BBB is a tremendous resource to businesses and consumers in our community. We strive to be the leader in advancing trust in our marketplace which comprises 10 Upstate SC counties.”
Slade brings years of professional experience to the BBB Board and previously served as President of the Piedmont Association of Health Underwriters and Federal Legislative Chair for the South Carolina Association of Underwriters. In addition, he has served as Board Chair of the Greenville Free Medical Clinic.
BBB of the Upstate president/CEO, Vee Daniel, looks forward to having Slade lead the board of directors in 2022.
