Biggs earns social media recognition

GREER, SC – The Insurance Source’s Amy Biggs has earned the Social Media Professional Certificate from Syracuse University.
Biggs joined The Insurance Source as the company’s First Impressions Specialist in September 2015 and is a graduate of Ohio University. Her areas of expertise include customer service, social media, blog writing and editing.
