Blair Belk and Trey Lucy Join Lincoln Harris’ Charleston Office

CHARLESTON, SC – January 25, 2011 – Blair A. Belk and Thomas E. Lucy, III (Trey) have recently joined Lincoln Harris’ brokerage operations in Charleston, SC. Blair and Trey will serve as Vice Presidents, focusing on expanding the firm’s retail brokerage platform and presence in the South Carolina market.
Blair and Trey come to Lincoln Harris from Grubb & Ellis WRS where they were the Vice Presidents of Retail Services. Working together since 2007 as The Retail Team, they created one of the largest portfolios of retail space throughout South Carolina.
With a combined 15 years of experience, Blair and Trey have completed more than 200 retail transactions and have been responsible for the marketing, leasing and sales negotiations in excess of 650,000 square feet of retail space.

Blair is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Realtors (NAR), South Carolina Association of Realtors (SCR), Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR), Leadership Charleston (Class of 2012) and is a CCIM candidate. He is a licensed broker in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Carolina University.
Trey is also a member of ICSC, NAR, SCR, CTAR, Leadership Charleston (Class of 2011) and is a CCIM candidate. He is a licensed broker in South Carolina and Georgia. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
In April 2011, Lincoln Harris expanded its operations in Charleston to include commercial brokerage, corporate real estate services, consulting, development, property management, leasing, and sales. Lincoln Harris has had an office in Charleston since 1999 focusing on property management for medical and office properties in South Carolina. The office currently has five brokers.
