BlueChoice Medicaid to Host Family Events in 5 SC Cities

BlueChoice® HealthPlan Medicaid invites families to free fitness and baby health fairs in Columbia, Greenville, Kingstree, Spartanburg and Walterboro this month.

Company representatives will be on hand to provide educational health materials, gifts and refreshments. The events will be festive and some will include live radio remote broadcasting, a giveaway of tickets for local events, free diapers and interactive fitness games. Here is the schedule:

Columbia

Fitness Fest, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Oct. 18, Walmart Supercenter, 7520 Garners Ferry Road

Fitness Fest, 4 p.m.-6 p.m., Oct. 22, St. Anna’s Park, 1313 Liberty Hill Ave.

 

Greenville

Diaper Day, 1 p.m.-3 p.m., Oct. 24, North Hills Medical Center, 800 Pelham Road

 

Kingstree

Healthy Start Baby Shower, noon-2 p.m., Oct. 22, Pee Dee Healthy Start (Williamsburg), 520 Thurgood Marshall Highway

 

Spartanburg

Diaper Day, 4 p.m.-6 p.m., Oct. 28, Victoria Gardens, 695 Howard St.

 

Walterboro

Family Fun Night Fitness Fest, 5 p.m.-7 p.m., Oct. 28, Zaxby’s, 2046 Bells Highway
