Bolding Joins O’Neal as SBU Leader

GREENVILLE, SC – February 7, 2011 – O’Neal, Inc., a Greenville-based integrated design and construction firm, is pleased to announce that Shane Bolding has joined the firm as Vice President and Industrial Manufacturing Strategic Business Unit (SBU) leader.

“We are excited to add Shane to our growing team,” said Kevin Bean, O’Neal’s President and CEO. “With his depth and breadth of experience, Shane will be able to help our clients by effectively developing and delivering projects.” In this position, Bolding will play an integral role in leading O’Neal’s industrial and manufacturing efforts.

Bolding comes to O’Neal with 19 years experience in design and construction. He graduated with a BS in Ceramics Engineering from Clemson University. Bolding previously worked for O’Neal. Prior to rejoining O’Neal, he most recently served as Vice President with THS Constructors. Bolding previously served as Business Development Manager with Suitt Construction, and in sales, engineering, operations, and project management with Johnson Controls. He is a Board Member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of the Carolinas, and recently served as President of ABC’s Upstate Council. Bolding is also involved in the German-American Chamber of Commerce, the South Carolina Economic Developers Association, and the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.
