Bon Secours opens new medical center in Fountain Inn

New Facility Expands Health Care Access in Southern Greenville County
Bon Secours St. Francis Health System held a ribbon cutting and blessing event to celebrate the opening of its newest care site in Fountain Inn. The new 10,071 square foot medical office building is located at 910 North Main Street and houses four medical practices.
Bon Secours spent $5.5 million to build the new medical center, which is part of the health system’s latest efforts to expand its health care offerings throughout Greenville County.
“The goal is to continue the Bon Secours legacy of providing quality and compassionate care, while also expanding access by providing a closer-to-home team of knowledgeable and compassionate providers who can care for all their health care needs,” said Wayne Fraleigh, chief operating officer for the Bon Secours Medical Group.
The new medical center will officially open January 22, 2024, becoming home to four Bon Secours practices. Fairview Family Practice, a well-established primary care office in the area, along with Carolina ENT – Simpsonville, where specialists are prepared to care for ear, nose, and throat ailments – are relocating to the new facility. Meanwhile, new satellite offices will open for Palmetto Pulmonary and Critical Care as well as Carolina Surgical Associates.
“The goal is to give patients one, centralized location where they can go to receive care while also bringing these additional, specialized health care services closer to the patients who need them.”
Adding satellite offices will give patients in Fountain Inn and surrounding areas a closer option for respiratory care as well as access to a multi-specialty surgical team who can provide consultations and second opinions. X-ray and lab services will also be available in the building.
