Boyd Innovation Center announces new Executive Director

After a robust selection process, including close to 200 applicants, the Boyd Innovation Center Board of Directors announced that Sam Herskovitz is its new Executive Director.

Sam brings over a decade of experience leading enterprise SaaS products from startup to successful exit. As the first Product Manager at The Marcus Buckingham Company (TMBC), he helped grow its core technology platform, StandOut, into a global enterprise talent suite. He then played a key role in its 2017 acquisition by ADP. Sam subsequently served as Head of Product for StandOut and an expanded portfolio of ADP global talent products. He was also a founding member of Design Love In, a technology-enabled consulting and education company focused on designing experiences that drive peak performance, brand loyalty, and advocacy.

He holds a degree in Psychology and Human Complex Systems from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and lives in Columbia, SC with his wife and two children.
