Brad Ewing joins McMillan Pazdan Smith as Regional Practice Leader

McMillan Pazdan Smith welcomed Brad Ewing, AIA, RID, NCARB, LEED AP as a Regional Practice Leader, bringing more than 25 years of experience shaping complex civic and public-sector projects. Throughout his career, Brad has led impactful projects across the Southeast and nationally, with a portfolio spanning courthouses, emergency operations centers, corrections and detention facilities, and municipal buildings. He assures facilities not only meet today’s needs but are prepared for tomorrow’s demands through a dedication to operational performance, stakeholder alignment, and long-term value.

Brad’s leadership approach is both strategic and hands-on. He aligns design excellence and business objectives, while fostering collaboration among clients, consultants, and internal teams. His experience in adaptive reuse and renovation has led to the delivery of high-performing, technology-ready environments.

With a background that also includes service in the U.S. Coast Guard, Brad’s strong client relationships and operational insights are a welcome addition to Southeast-based MPS.
