Brad Waring Reappointed to the South Carolina Judicial Council

Charleston – Nexsen Pruet attorney Brad Waring has been reappointed by SC Supreme Court Justice Jean Toal to serve an additional four-year term on the South Carolina Judicial Council. His term will expire on June 30, 2018.

Previously, Waring has served as President of the South Carolina Bar, State Bar Delegate to the American Bar Association and accepted an invitation to join the prestigious National Center for State Courts’ Lawyers Committee. Waring also works to reform judicial funding in the Palmetto State. See that here.

Brad Waring’s litigation practice is concentrated primarily in the civil arena at the state and federal levels. He represents clients in complex commercial litigation including products liability, insurance coverage, business disputes and admiralty.
