Brian Davis assumes new leadership role as Director of Project Management | Charleston

LCK announced that Brian Davis has assumed the position of Director of Project Management | Charleston, SC.

LCK has offered owner’s representative and project management services for projects across the state of South Carolina since its founding in Columbia, SC. To better serve client needs, the company has expanded its local presence into each of the metro markets of Greenville and Charleston. Davis helped establish the Charleston office in 2015, with Scott Rush following suit in Greenville this year.

“Brian has been a valuable member of our project management team for over thirteen years. Not only has he successfully managed major projects across the entire state, but he has also done a thorough job of establishing LCK’s presence in the Charleston market,” said Mickey Layden, President of LCK. “His title and responsibilities reflect the solid foundation he has provided for our presence in Charleston and our goals for continued expansion in the future.”

In the Charleston market, Brian has managed notable projects such as the Gerber Childrenswear distribution center in Summerville, Stevens Barracks restroom renovations at the Citadel and the Elliott Davis Decosimo office renovation and expansion, along with various other office, industrial and medical projects.  Prior to relocating to Charleston, Brian was responsible for managing the renovation and expansion of Providence Health Northeast in Columbia, SC.
