May 20, 2026

Bridging the Gap Advocacy is now accepting registrations for its 2026 Summer Camp, offering enrichment programming for students in 4K through eighth grade at its Laurens location.

Camp runs weekdays, Monday through Thursday, from June 8 through Aug. 6, with hours from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 101 Park Place in Laurens.

The cost is $75 per week, per child, with a one-time $25 registration fee. Families enrolling two or more children from the same household receive a discount. Scholarships are available on a need basis.

Camp highlights include breakfast and lunch provided daily, recreational activities, weekly field trips, and instruction led by highly qualified retired educators. Students will also have the opportunity to explore introductory courses in public speaking, piano, and agriculture, while reinforcing skills in reading, math, and writing.

Seniors 55 and older who are raising non-own children may also be eligible for Bridging the Gap Advocacy’s Seniors Raising Children Program.
