Brooks Owings joins Newmark Wilson Kibler as a brokerage associate

Newmark Wilson Kibler, a leading commercial real estate services firm, announced today that Brooks Owings has joined the firm’s Columbia office as a brokerage associate. He will primarily be working in the areas of multi-family investment, buyer representation, and office and retail leasing and sales.
Prior to Newmark Wilson Kibler, Brooks worked in community association management in Columbia, S.C. and Charlotte, N.C. While working as a property manager, he established a track record of developing new business and negotiating contracts.
