Burnette Shutt & McDaniel earns 5 top-tier honors in “Best Law Firms”

Burnette Shutt & McDaniel has earned Tier One honors in two employment law practice areas, in employee benefits litigation and in civil rights law and mediation in the just-released addition of “Best Law Firms in America.”

Burnette Shutt & McDaniel has earned top rankings in the national publication every year since the firm’s inception. The firm long has been recognized in Employment Law – Individuals and in Litigation – Labor & Employment Law. This year the firm added top honors in Litigation – ERISA to its list of awards.

The firm also is recognized in five other practice areas in the 2023 edition of the national directory: Employment Benefits (ERISA) Law, Employment Law – Management, Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs, Commercial Litigation and Health Care Law.
