Cardinal Crossing welcomes YogaSix, its fourth Xponential brand

Colliers | South Carolina’s Rox Pollard, Danny Bonds and John Gressette represented The Beach Company in the lease of ±1,920 square feet of retail space at Cardinal Crossing to YogaSix.
Cardinal Crossing is a $60 million mixed-use development in the heart of Forest Acres. The site consists of 256 apartments, complemented by ±42,000 square feet of commercial shops including ground-level shops on the side facing Forest Drive. YogaSix is the largest franchised yoga brand that offers a broad range of heated and non-heated yoga classes, strength-building fitness classes and meditation accessible to all.
