Carol Pyfrom of Carol Pyfrom Realty, a secondary member of Western Upstate, was recently honored as being the first REALTOR in South Carolina to be awarded the MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) designation.
Earning the MCNE designation confirms that Carol is intent on investing considerable time, money, and effort to bring her negotiation skills to the highest professional level.
Not only does the training teach advanced negotiation skills, but also assists in understanding the concepts of generational and cultural negotiations.

The MCNE designation is the premier negotiation designation in real estate! Earning your MCNE designation demonstrates similar representation principles and techniques taught at the best schools in the country (eg. Harvard University, The Wharton School, and Stanford) and confirms that she is intent on investing considerable effort to bring her negotiation skills to the highest professional level in real estate. Not only does it enhance the knowledge of generational methodology but also assists in understanding and explaining the concept of cultural negotiations. She is in the top .1% of agents in the country in negotiation training.
