Carolina Business Equipment (CBE) expands again

On Monday, January 23, Carolina Business Equipment (CBE) hosted a ribbon cutting for the opening of their expanded warehouse facilities at their corporate headquarters in Columbia. CBE currently has six office warehouse buildings in five different service areas across South Carolina. CBE has both a dedicated print and IT office warehouse facility at their headquarters.
With the help of Sharp Electronics, the new warehouse is stacked from top to bottom with Sharp office equipment. “It is the cornerstone principle of CBE that our customers have the necessary equipment when they need it,” said CBE President and Owner, John Eckstrom. “At a time when our competitors are contracting, we have chosen to expand. We thank Sharp Electronics for their partnership.”
The event was attended by members of the Lexington Chamber and Visitors Center, Leigh Lowery and President & CEO, Angelle LaBorde; SC Carolina House Representative, Jay Kilmartin; Industry Analyst, Andy Slawetsky; Mark Myers and Brittany Heath from Sharp Electronics; as well as team members from CBE. Jay Kilmartin presented Mark Myers with a House Resolution honoring the partnership between Sharp Electronics and CBE.
