Carolina International Preparatory School purchases facility

March 2, 2015

GREENVILLE, SC – Carolina International Preparatory School has recently purchased its facility at 212 Roper Mountain Extension in Greenville.

Carolina Prep has operated at this location since August 2010. The property boasts a 22,500 square foot educational facility and nearly seven acres of land. The location also includes unique amenities for students, including age-appropriate playgrounds, on-site gardens and a refurbished, indoor multi-purpose room.

Purchasing the building provides Carolina Prep with a permanent residence and allows for more strategic, long-term planning, said Lee Pariseau, Carolina International Preparatory School’s executive director. These plans include expansion to accommodate growth as well as capital improvements to enhance offerings and learning experiences.

“The purchase saves the school money,” Pariseau said. “This will allow us to invest more into curriculum, improvements, employee benefits, and more.”
