Carolina Prep adds assistant director

GREENVILLE, SC – Carolina International Preparatory School has promoted Kristin Eppinger to Assistant Director.
Originally from Philadelphia, Eppinger has lived in California, London and Greenville. She studied sociology at Winthrop University before beginning her teaching career. Eppinger joined Carolina Prep in 2014 as a teacher.

In the community, Eppinger is active with The Downtown Symphony Club, supports local artists through Art Wall Music Hall, and has volunteer experience with Hands On Greenville, Project Host, Roper Mountain Science Center events, Sterling Spinners Bike Club, and is involved in helping raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

As Assistant Director, Eppinger will assist Carolina Prep’s mission that focuses on a Core Knowledge Sequence that emphasizes mathematics and language arts, enriched by foreign language instruction, physical education, music, and art. Carolina Prep consistently exceeds state and national standards, and student-teacher ratios are kept low to ensure more personalized instruction.
