GREENVILLE, SC – November 23, 2010 – Greenville-based Carolina Safety Consultants (CSC) has recently been contracted by Pattillo Construction Corporation of Stone Mountain, Georgia, to provide safety oversight for one of the Boeing projects located in Charleston, South Carolina. Boeing is a safety-conscious company and requires all their contractors to have the same focus on safety.

After working in the insurance industry for 14 years, David De Vita started Carolina Safety Consultants in 2004. Since then De Vita has grown the company to serve more than 75 clients in the Carolinas, Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi.

“One of the main reasons why companies hire CSC to assist with their safety is our approach, said De Vita. We focus on the people, the workers and management. We help build the safety culture, and a positive attitude toward safety. When you do this, then the financial and regulatory benefits will fall right into place.” De Vita added, “Carolina Safety Consultants is honored to be partnering with Pattillo Construction and looks forward to working on the project.”
