Carroll joins Morton & Gettys

ROCK HILL, SC – Beverly A. Carroll has joined Morton & Gettys. Her practice focuses on employment litigation, business counseling, employer guidance and civil litigation.
Carroll has long practiced in Rock Hill and metropolitan Charlotte. She’s licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina to better serve clients who have legal needs in both states. She assists business with a variety of needs, including regulatory matters, compliance with state and federal employment laws, and complex litigation.
A leader in both the Rock Hill and legal communities, Carroll’s service to the South Carolina Bar leadership spans three decades. She’s been on the Board of Governors since 2016 and currently is serving as president of the South Carolina Bar.
She’s also a member of several local organizations, including the Rock Hill Economic Development Corp. Board of Directors, the Rock Hill Public Parks and Recreation Commission and the Rock Hill Sports Commission.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, in 2014 Carroll was honored with the Platinum Compleat Lawyer Award. The top honor the School of Law Alumni Council awards, it signifies outstanding professionalism and civic achievement.
