COLUMBIA, SC – November 12, 2008 – CarterTodd & Associates, a full service public relations, marketing, and advertising agency in Columbia, announces Columbia Home & Garden, a new publication, will be published in the first quarter of 2009. The publication’s mission is to expose Columbia-area homeowners to a wide array of services, resources, and products available to them.
