Cayce’s Parkland Plaza welcomes East Bay Deli

Parkland Plaza will be the fifth location for East Bay Deli in the Columbia market

Colliers International | South Carolina Vice President Rox Pollard and Senior Brokerage Associate Danny Bonds represented the landlord in the lease of ±3,200 square feet in Parkland Plaza in Cayce, SC. The tenant was represented by Mike Edwards of Wilson Kibler, Inc.

East Bay Deli originated in Charleston, SC in 2001 and is a New York-style delicatessen with bright, welcoming features along with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant offers deli favorites as well as an array of healthy options including salads, wraps, sandwiches and soups.

Parkland Plaza, built in the 1950’s, is one of Columbia’s most historic and enduring shopping centers. Parkland Plaza neighbors the University of South Carolina campus, the Central Business District, the University of South Carolina’s Founders Park baseball stadium and nearby riverfront developments. Parkland Plaza was recently renovated with a new contemporary look and welcomed Planet Fitness in 2018.
