COLUMBIA, SC — November 14, 2007 — CB Richard Ellis/Columbia is pleased to announce that Emily Walker has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute.
The designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and completion of qualified portfolio experience in the commercial real estate industry. This curriculum of cornerstone fundamentals includes financial and investment analysis, and user/occupier decision analysis. Both Walker and Blum specialize in the leasing and sales of office properties in the greater Midlands area of South Carolina.
