Columbia, SC – October 10, 2008 – CB Richard Ellis/Columbia has announced that Keith Postal has joined the firm as an Associate in the Land Services Group.
CBRE Land Services is a nationwide network of professionals that work exclusively on land transactions. Some of the services provided by the group include property acquisitions and dispositions, strategic site selection, financial analysis, financing and equity funding, development consulting and appraisal reviews. Postal’s primary focus will be on the acquisition and disposition of residential, retail and commercial mixed use developments in North and South Carolina.
