CBRE’s Aaron Dupree among Columbia’s best and brightest

CBRE announced that Aaron Dupree, Vice President, has been recognized as one of Columbia Business Monthly’s “Best and Brightest Under 35” for 2016. The honor was given to 35 young leaders in the Midlands making an impact in their community and workplaces.

Dupree was chosen for his career achievements and community contributions to the Midlands. From CBRE’s downtown Columbia location, he delivers innovative corporate real estate solutions to meet the unique needs of both occupiers/tenants and owners/investors in the office sector.

Dupree is consistently one of CBRE’s top producers in the Columbia market, and ranks in the top half of production for the State of South Carolina. In 2015, he was named #2 Top Producer in Columbia for CBRE and continues to set the highest standards for the industry. In the last 24 months, Dupree and his team participated in 73 transactions totaling over 1.2 million square feet with gross consideration of over $94 million.

Dupree turns global scale into local market strength and provide exceptional service and value to his clients in the Columbia business community. In addition to representing both owners and occupiers in the office sector, his team works with CBRE’s Capital Markets professionals in handling some of the largest office investment sales in the market.

He has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a graduate of Baylor University.

This year marks the first year that Columbia Business Monthly has honored a class of 35 Best and Brightest Under 35.
