CBRE brokers sale 15 South Main in Greenville, SC

CBRE Group, Inc. has arranged the sale of 15 South Main in Greenville, SC. Patrick Gildea, Will Yowell and Tripp Sellers exclusively represented the seller, an affiliate of Five Mile Capital Partners, LLC, in the transaction. The property sold to Little Rock, Arkansas-based CapRocq Core Real Estate Fund on December 2, 2016.

Located in the heart of the vibrant Greenville CBD, 15 South Main is a mixed-use asset consisting of office space, street-level retail and a separate residential portion with luxury apartments and retail. The Greenville CBD office market has witnessed annual rent increases of 8.2% for the past three years and declining annual vacancy rates for the past four years.
