CBRE Columbia welcomes Tim Lovett to the Office Brokerage Team

CBRE announced that Tim Lovett has joined the Columbia Office Team. Tim will work alongside Martin Moore, Aaron Dupree, and Marie Dieckmann, specializing in office leasing and investment sales.

Prior to joining CBRE, Tim was a Global Account Director at WeWork managing the leasing, portfolio, and relationships of key customers in the Fortune 1000. While at WeWork, Tim participated in over 200 flexible office transactions across 5 different continents. Tim was also the founding member of an alternative revenue stream at WeWork which yielded an annual run rate of $120 million after 15 months.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wheaton College (IL), and is a member of The Urban Land Institute. Before moving to Columbia, Tim lived in San Francisco and Austin. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, golfing, and barbequing.

The Columbia Office Team has more than 50 years of combined commercial real estate experience. Their collaborative efforts provide clients with an extensive range of services to develop and implement strategic real estate plans specifically designed to maximize the value of their projects and complement their businesses and goals.
