CBRE South Carolina talent grows through promotions

CBRE Group, Inc. announced that several Advisory & Transaction Services professionals throughout the South Carolina offices have received promotions.
In the Greenville-Spartanburg market, Tommy Molin and Brian Scurlock, who specialize in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of retail and investment properties, have been promoted to Vice President and Senior Associate, respectively. Additionally, Blaine Hart, who joined CBRE in 2008 and focuses on the office, healthcare, and development sectors, has been promoted to First Vice President.
Promotions in CBRE’s Columbia market also include Aaron Dupree, a top office brokerage professional who was named to Columbia Business Monthly’s Best & Brightest 35 and Under, has been promoted to First Vice President. Ansel Bunch, who specializes in leasing, acquisition and disposition of retail and investment properties has been promoted to Vice President.
In the Charleston office, Brendan Redeyoff, who joined CBRE in 2006, and has been involved in the sale and leasing of over 22 million square feet of industrial properties, has been promoted to Vice President.
