CBRE welcomes Ryan Carmody as a new Office Broker in Charleston

CBRE announced that Ryan Carmody has joined CBRE as an Associate in Charleston. Ms. Carmody will partnering with Charles Carmody focusing on office tenant and landlord representation.
“Ryan brings strong sales skills and expertise that will help enhance our presence in the Charleston office market.” said Steve Smith, managing director of CBRE’s South Carolina business. “I look forward to her future contributions to CBRE, the industry, and the community.”
Ms. Carmody has six years of experience in the industry, where she gained commercial sales experience and tenant and landlord representation expertise. She comes to CBRE from NAI Charleston, where she procured new business and negotiated the selling, leasing, and marketing of commercial real estate properties. Ms. Carmody graduated from The College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
