CBRE’s Martin Moore awarded the CRE® credential from The Counselors of Real Estate®

Martin Moore, a senior vice president with CBRE, has been awarded the CRE (Counselor of Real Estate) credential by The Counselors of Real Estate, an international group of high profile real estate practitioners who provide expert advisory services to clients on complex real property and land-related matters.

Moore leverages more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in office and investment properties throughout South Carolina. Moore was a member of the team responsible for the sale of 1201 Main Street, 1221 Main Street, 1333 Main Street and 1301 Gervais Street in Columbia. Additionally, he has led special projects including the State of South Carolina’s Strategic Plan and Implementation and Special Source Revenue Credit for student housing in Columbia, both of which exercised Moore’s extensive commercial real estate expertise.

Once invited to membership, Counselors must adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice. Counselors are recognized in the marketplace as having consistently demonstrated the highest levels of knowledge, experience, integrity, and judgment. Fewer than 1100 real estate professionals currently hold the CRE credential.
