CCSD announces Kristina Wallace as Nutrition Services Officer

Charleston County School District (CCSD) announces the appointment of Kristina Wallace as Nutrition Services Officer, where she will support the district’s Office of Student Nutrition in delivering high-quality, efficient meal service to students across the district.
Wallace brings 14 years of experience in food and nutrition, along with extensive expertise in state- and federally funded programs, staff training, and large-scale operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from Fort Valley State University and a Master of Education with a concentration in Nutrition Education from Framingham State University.
She currently serves as Director of Student Nutrition in Colleton County School District, where she has led programs focused on compliance, efficiency, and student wellness. Her work has included maintaining high health and safety standards, securing equipment grants, and implementing cost-saving strategies that support long-term sustainability. According to her resume, she also consistently achieved 100% health inspection scores and strengthened operational systems across the department.
