Central Carolina Community Foundation’s Erin Johnson promoted to Chief Community Impact Officer
June 30, 2026Central Carolina Community Foundation announced the promotion of Erin Johnson to Chief Community Impact Officer.
Over nearly a decade at the Foundation, Johnson has helped shape the organization’s approach to partnering with nonprofits, engaging donors, responding to emerging challenges, and working alongside communities to create lasting change. She has expanded the Foundation’s focus on strengthening nonprofit organizations, recognizing that investing in their capacity creates stronger partners and generates greater long-term impact for the communities they serve.
Erin is known throughout South Carolina as a trusted collaborator who brings people together around shared goals. She has a gift for building relationships, earning trust, and helping diverse partners move from conversation to action. Whether leading collaborative community initiatives, coordinating statewide disaster response through the One SC Fund, guiding strategic investments across the Midlands, or sharing her expertise with peers across the state and region, Erin creates opportunities for others, builds bridges across organizations, and strengthens the relationships that make lasting community impact possible. She approaches every opportunity with humility, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to the people and communities the Foundation serves.
