GREENVILLE, SC – June 28, 2012 – In aground breaking ceremony, CertusBank, N.A. announced their plans toenter the Charleston, SC financial services market as one of the anchortenants for the 174 Meeting Street project.
The Holder Properties development, a 52,000 square foot Class A fourstory office building is located on Meeting Street between Market andCumberland. The property will feature prime street frontage that willhouse a CertusBank branch and business offices.
On hand for the ceremony was CertusBank President, Angela Webb, whoshared, We are very excited to be entering the Charleston market insuch a premier location. Continuing, she said, This move alignsperfectly with our strategic plan to increase our presence in the lowcountry and establish brand roots more prominently within this market.Joining Ms. Webb was Co-CEO Walter Davis, Co-CEO Charlie Williams,several key executives from the bank as well as city officials andrepresentatives from Holder Properties.
