CH Mueller Inc. renews lease of 114,400 square feet at Caliber Ridge in Greer, South Carolina

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce CH Mueller Inc. has renewed their lease of 114,400 square feet of industrial space at 130 Caliber Ridge in Greer, South Carolina.
130 Caliber Ridge, which was built speculatively by Liberty Property Trust in 2015, was recently acquired by Prologis, Inc., the global leader in logistics real estate, and is 100% leased.
CH Mueller Inc. provides textile lamination and coatings for the automotive industry. The company offers adhesive and flame lamination, inspection, die cutting, and tailoring services. CH Mueller Inc. serves customers worldwide.
