Chamber Seeks Nominations for 2025 2nd Quarter Small Business of Excellence Award

The Laurens County Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for its 2025 2nd Quarter Small Business of Excellence Award, recognizing a Chamber Member Business that sets the standard for excellence in customer service, community involvement, and professional integrity.
This quarterly award honors a business that not only contributes to the economic vitality of Laurens County but also demonstrates a high level of community engagement, supports local initiatives, and fosters a workplace culture that encourages employee participation in civic activities.
“This award is about more than just good business—it’s about businesses that lift up our community,” said Laurens County Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Dabs Davis. “We’re proud to recognize the companies that go above and beyond to create positive change and promote a strong, connected Laurens County.”
Nominees for the Small Business of Excellence Award should:

Demonstrate outstanding customer service and business practices

Contribute to economic growth and sustainability

Show consistent involvement in Chamber, civic, and community projects

Encourage and support employee community participation through company policies
Any current Chamber Member business may be nominated, and self-nominations are also welcome.
