ChappyWrap partners with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Charleston to provide comfort to families

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Charleston (RMHC Charleston) would like to express their gratitude for ChappyWrap’s generous donation of over 380 blankets as welcome gifts for families.

Founded in 2006, ChappyWrap is a New England based mother-daughter team dedicated to spreading comfort to all with their high-quality, cozy blankets. Made with durable yet soft cotton, ChappyWrap blankets provide ultimate comfort and warmth to make everywhere you go feel like home.

This rings true at RMHC Charleston. CEO, Kathy “kp” Papadimitriou says that “ChappyWrap has become synonymous with comfort at the House. From keeping families warm while they make their morning coffees downstairs to comforting them while in the hospital, these blankets have helped make the House feel like Home to hundreds of families.”

“Given that ChappyWrap’s mission is centered around providing comfort and making places feel like home, it felt like there were so many families we could help through a longer-term partnership with RMHC,” says Christina Livada, President of ChappyWrap.

About RMHC Charleston

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Charleston opened its doors 39 years ago as a “Home-away-from-home” where families stay while their children undergo extensive medical treatment. Here, parents and children lead a life as normal as possible during their traumatic times without the financial burden of costly hotel, meal, and travel expenses. Our home offers these families comfortable beds, hot meals, a caring staff, and a four-legged friend, Gardy, all just steps from the hospital.
